Please answer the following questions so that we can prepare a quote that is as accurate as possible based on your requirements.

    EVENT BASIC INFO

    *Required fields

    Venue description Is the event indoors and/or outdoors or in a tent? What are the dimensions of the room or outdoor area? Where is the stage? Will guests be seated at tables, in rows of chairs, or standing? Where are the power connections and what amperage? Are there stairs, corridors, or floors? Can a truck access the venue if needed? If possible, add a photo of the venue or a floor plan.

    Equipment setup and removal times, event schedule and programme. Equipment setup start time / date, sound check and rehearsals, event start and end, equipment dismantling?

    Are there performers? Who is performing and is there an MC or moderator? If you have an artist rider, please upload it. If not, provide the artists' contacts. If a DJ is coming, please share their technical requirements.

    EQUIPMENT

    Sound equipment How large an area needs to be covered by sound? Will speeches be given? How many speakers/panel participants will be on stage at once? How many people need microphones? Do you need handheld microphones (wired/wireless), headset microphones, a microphone for audience Q&A? Is a lectern needed? Does anyone besides the performer need amplification? Is background music needed?

    Lighting equipment Is general stage lighting, effect lighting, disco effects, lasers, or strobes needed? In addition to stage lighting, is mood lighting needed for tables and the entire room? Is there a need to light a catering area, photo wall, etc.?

    Video equipment Is a screen needed for videos/presentations? What type of screen do you prefer — TV, LED screen, or white screen with projector? How large and how many screens/TVs do you need? Do you have slides/videos to display on the screens? Who produces the slides/videos? Do you need our help? Are cameras/operators needed to film the event? Does the camera feed need to reach on-site screens / the web / TV? Are there performers presenting remotely online? Should the stream be available on demand? Does the event need a video clip produced?

    Stage What size stage do you need? Does the stage need a roof? How high / what shape should the stage be? Does the stage need to be carpeted? How many people will be on stage? What is needed on stage — a drum riser, floral arrangements, armchairs, coffee tables?

    Decorations Is a photo corner needed? How large? Do you want a carpet in the photo corner? Is a banner available, and if not, would you like to order one from us? Is a design file available? Is a carpet and/or stanchion posts needed at the entrance? Would you like to order floral arrangements/table decorations from us? Is furniture needed for room décor — bistro tables, chairs, sofas, serving tables, etc.? Are artificial trees/chandeliers/fabrics/etc. needed for room décor?
